Andrew FichteSenior AssociateMr. Fichte is a Senior Associate at Savanna where he is responsible for new investments and asset management. Mr. Fichte’s responsibilities include acquisition underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. In addition, Mr. Fichte manages Savanna’s debt portfolio. Prior to joining Savanna in 2007, Mr. Fichte worked as a financial analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield. There, Mr. Fichte focused on advising investors on the real estate investment markets as well as participating in the underwriting and due diligence on buyside advisory assignments for both domestic and cross-border investors. Mr. Fichte graduated with a BA in Psychology from Harvard College. |
